Your account

Your account is for your personal use on your devices. Keep your password private and use your own verified email address. Do not sell, transfer or share account credentials. Family members should create separate accounts and use the family calendar invitation feature. You are responsible for information you knowingly share with household members. Notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

What the service does

Align helps organize plans, habits, personal financial entries and optional wellness information. It is not a medical service, emergency service, bank, investment adviser or substitute for professional advice. Reminders depend on device permissions, connectivity and delivery services and may be late or missed. Check information and proposed voice actions before relying on them — AI output can be inaccurate.

You retain ownership of content you enter. You permit us and our service providers to process it only as needed to provide the features you use, protect the service and meet applicable obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sharing an event gives the relevant household members access to that event; revoking access cannot retract copies they already made.

Acceptable use

Do not access another person's records without permission, abuse invitations, interfere with the service, distribute malicious content, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully. Report suspected security issues privately to the support contact rather than testing against live user data.

Optional integrations and copies

Microphone, Calendar and other integrations are optional; their own permissions and provider terms also apply. Calendar exports, downloaded files and copies shared with others can remain outside Align after disconnection or account deletion. Align does not currently provide a Google Drive backup feature.

Charges and changes

New billing is currently disabled. Ending use and deletion

You may stop using Align and request account deletion through Account settings or the public deletion-request page. Deleting an owner's account removes their household calendar for all members. The Privacy Policy explains external copies and any required retention. We may restrict accounts for substantiated misuse, subject to applicable law and a reasonable support route to challenge mistakes.

Availability, responsibility and disputes

We take reasonable measures to protect and maintain the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy or absolute security. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
